I took my 2019 Audi RS3 into Dickerson after the water pump went out, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Anyone who knows these cars knows that kind of repair isn’t simple—it usually takes a lot of time and expertise. But they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road all in the same day. The communication was great, the work was professional, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a shop that you can truly trust with a performance vehicle like this, but Dickerson absolutely delivered. Everyone is so friendly, patient, and explains things well. They are great about communicating with you every step of the way. They always give me options so I can prioritize what needs to happen and when for my older vehicle. It is hard for me to rate the pricing because I rarely have to get repairs on my vehicle, but I know pricing is cheaper than the dealer.
