Our car had a major problem that was hard to fix and harder to figure out. Dickerson's stuck with us and got us back on the road again. I'm pretty sure they lost money on this one, but they stood tall and saw it through. I have been going to them for years due to the great service and honesty they exhibit and will continue taking my vehicles there.

They brought other things to my attention regarding my cars condition. With clear photos and explanation that need attention. They didn't use any pressure in the process.
