Dickerson has several services that help us take care of our specialized wheel chair van. 1. Dickerson sends out reminders for service 2. Sends a full diagnostic each service visit 3. Because we drive from a distance and they don’t allow Customers to wait for oil change and tire rotation they gave me a loner car which made the day better. 4. We got our tires with Dickerson and they charged for a tire repair to remove a foreign object. At our request the reduced our last bill by the amount of the charge.

Great service and care of my car. They fixed the immediate problem and did a thorough inspection which revealed potential problems for me to consider looking at fixing but they did NOT pressure me into doing those fixes. Having a loaner car for the day was a huge plus. I will definitely come here again.
