MY experience at Dickerson was excellent from start to finish. I dropped my car after hours and first thing the next morning I had a text with updates. Craig was helpful and honest about what I needed done and when. We talked through my car usage and how the needed and optional repairs would effect the vehicle. The inspection and actual work was very thorough and completed in an efficient manner. Thank you!

I had quite a bit of repairs that my 06 Sienna needed. There was great communication throughout the entire process and I was provided great information on which repairs were most needed. My vehicle was returned to me working great. If you are needing a good, honest repair shop, I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Customer service deserves 1,000 stars! I have mostly worked with Craig and he has been top-notch! All the other team members and such truly want to provide the best experience. Everyone listens and communicates clearly without that, what can be common, pushy or aggressive, Auto Mechanic wanting to get more work. I have a lot of repairs to do and There great to give me diagnosis with estimates that fit my budget and timeframe. I have found my new long-term mechanic. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Also, the owner Todd Dickerson has an amazing mindset and is running the company with integrity. Love this place!
