I had another company be sketchy so I had a friend refer me to Dickerson because they had a good experience and felt Dickerson to be an honest company. I had a great experience as well and was really impressed. They diagnosed and fixed my car the same day. I was impressed the technician who rode with me could tell what was wrong within seconds of hearing my car. Also Brenda in the office should be recognized for being amazing too. She was both professional and very helpful. Then she checked in on me a few days later to make sure my car was working well. I have worked in customer service positions for over 18 years, and so I notice when someone is excellent at it. Brenda definitely falls into that category.

I went in to Dickerson when my truck was having a problem starting up. I didn’t give them a heads up and left it fully expecting it to be done in a couple of weeks. Jordan helped me, took down some info and called me the next day with the problem. They finished the job the following day. Jordan was very fair with pricing and straightforward with info to what was going on. I got my truck back in 2 days. I highly recommend these guys and will be a customer for life.
