We have been taking all our vehicles to Dickerson for many years now. They are competent, friendly, and quick. Yesterday I took my car in for its emissions and registration. They were so fast at getting me in and out. They have a nice waiting area, too.

Emergency car repairs can be stressful when you are traveling far from home. At the end of our second travel day from Canada to Florida we began to hear an awful grinding sound at the rear wheel. Fortunately we were very near to our hotel for the night. We googled “Automotive Repair” and Dickerson Automotive popped up. Both their website and Yelp had numerous favorable client reviews so we drove the short distance to the Dickerson arriving unannounced at 4:30. We were greeted by Jordan who we explained our vehicle concern and travel situation to. He had the mechanic come out quickly who immediately diagnosed that the brake pad required replacement. Jordan then contacted his supplier and advised that the parts would be onsite first thing next day and he provided a quote for the repair work. We arrived back at the shop at 8 and we were on our way to Florida by 10. :) We received courteous service, accurate quote and professional service repair work. We still cannot believe how fortunate we were to have the stars align to have us near to Dickerson’s in our time of need. We were treated like long time customers of Dickerson Automotive even though we will likely never have the opportunity to call on them again! A week after our service we received a text from Jordan asking if there were any issues with the repair work and if we had arrived in Florida safely! Thank you Jordan and Team.
