Every experience I've had with Dickerson Automotive has been great! To make a long story short, we had to get a new engine for my wife's car which is an unfortunate and costly repair anywhere you go. After finding and installing a suitable engine, Dickerson Automotive noticed it was leaking a little oil and instead of sending it out the door, they found another engine and replaced it again. After having the car back for a few days with the new engine, the check engine light came on indicating, what turned out to be, two minor issues. Dickerson Automotive quickly took care of and fixed the issues which had nothing to do with their workmanship. When available, they also provide a loaner car which is helpful. When your vehicle needs a basic or even a major repair, Dickerson Automotive provides great service and is honest, respectful and fair all throughout the process.
