I've been to a number of auto shops since I've lived in Utah County and after my first experience here I won't go anywhere else. My first impression and experience was unparalleled. The customer service was outstanding and I believe it they performed quality work. They have a great online scheduling tool- it was easy to use and they had availability for the next day, which was great as I needed my truck road worthy asap. They sent regular text message updates throughout the day and before doing any work (which I've had other shops start doing without approval) send a two page, detailed and itemized list of proposed repairs and the results of their overall inspection of my truck. Once I called in my tech- Jordan- explained things I didn't understand in a way that didn't make me feel like a complete moron (lots of other shops seem to take that approach) and for the things I did understand he would converse with me about it and again, wasn't condescending. When I didn't want a few more minor services done, I didn't think Jordan was pressuring me or judging me for saying I'd handle some things myself- like replacing a turn signal bulb. They gave me a first time customer discount, and Jordan gave me his business card with a hand written discount for whatever my next service would be. These guys know customer service. Makes sense they have a 4.8 rating across 400 reviews.

The only place I’ll be taking my vehicle. The staff makes the experience so easy and quick. I always feel welcomed and genuinely looked after. They do a great job and I would recommend anyone & everyone to go here.

I brought my car into to figure out an issue going on. They were quick to get back to me and were helpful in describing the issue. Because of the depth of the issue, I decided to take it to someone who could help me at another location (family friend). They were super courteous when I came to pick it up. Craig even took the time to help me understand the seriousness of the issue and offer advice on solutions no charge for the diagnostic. I'll for sure bring my car here again if needed.

First off, I never give five stars. There is always room for improvement. That said, I’ve been a customer at Dickerson Auto since about 2008. I’ve always felt that I was treated right and that my business was appreciated. I’ve only had a problem with one repair and they took care of me. I feel confident when I refer people to them. Most of my family uses them now. I like that I can have frank conversations with the service managers and that they don’t try to pressure me. When one of my vehicles needs minor work that I can do myself, Dickerson’s is good about answering questions and giving advice.

I was very happy with their service. They were professional and fast. I got my registration done and got my stickers thereat a fair price. I was referred by a friend and it was worth it. I live in North Orem but I would go there again to the Spanish fork location.
