While on a road trip in our Ambo, 600 miles out, our transmission blew up. Got on the phone to see what our options were. The words Integrity and Honesty came thru clear regarding these guys, so I gave them a call, and they fit us in. True to that, they got right on it, knowing we were living in this vehicle. Got the transmission ordered and made time in their schedule to get it installed. Relief to a very stressful situation. A very professional team that truly embodies the Aloha Spirit. I wanna say a "Big Mahalo" to the gang at Dickerson's Automotive!

We took our vehicle here for an emissions inspection and I was blown away by the service we received! Their office staff was very friendly and professional, and after the inspection was done their head mechanic, Josh, came and asked if I had any other questions or issues with the car. They didn't try to sell me on anything and took care of what we needed. They've definitely gained my trust and I'll be coming back with my other vehicles!
