Friendly and thorough. Even though they couldn't fix our van, I would recommend highly every time

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your van. To bad the front pump seal was the problem with your transmission. Based on our many years of experience it is better to replace or rebuild the transmission rather than try to repair this type of problem. If there were more than than 5 stars I would give it to Dickerson Automotive. This is an honest, customer oriented business (which is extra impressive working in the automotive industry). I went in to have a pre-purchase inspection done. They were busy so they couldn't fit me in; however, they still took 20+ minutes to look over, drive, and look under my car to inspect it. They did a free carfax for me as well. Brandon (mechanic) and a sweet gall in the office helped, I think her name was Brinlee (you know who you are!) were awesome. Thanks so much for your help. I'd drive an hour just to have Dickerson work on my vehicle.
