Had appointment at 9 they weren’t able to get my car worked on at 9 so I left it. 1 he job got car back around 2 pm. Kind of put out by this

Dear Slow Walker, We are a third party installer for Intoxalock. When you schedule an appointment with them to have your Ignition interlock system installed, they always fail to mention that the appointment is a time for you to drop your car off. We have to complete this type of service as technicians become available. I wish we had a way of getting Intoxalock to explains this when they are making the appointment. Thank you for the review, I will continue to look for ways to resolve this with Intoxalock. - Todd

Dickerson Auto is very clean and friendly. Craig and the staff helped us through an unexpected breakdown on a road trip from CA to MN. Once we realized parts were not going to be available same day, he arranged to get us to our hotel down the road so we didn't have to rent a car. Thank you for letting us camp out in you very nice lobby for 2 days.
